One of my favorites
"This is one of the best movies about female athletes that I've ever seen. I highly recommend it."
First war still better.
"Without the F/X effects this movie is a dog.Cruise did a better job of acting on Oprah. And I can't say much for the other actors in this film. This is not one Spielbergs better efforts."
We Have Forgotten THESE WOMEN
"Having seen this movie ( A League Of Their Own ), I have done some research into A.A.G.P.B.L. I feel that based on the facts we as a nationhave not given these ladies the mention that they so deserve!"
Awesome
"How could anyone with eyes not like this movie? This is so fun to watch and learn about. My friends and i can talk for hours about it"
History Error
"In the movie, Dottie tells Jimmy Dugan that her husband, Bob, is in Italy. This would be in the summer of 1943. Bob is shown at the end wearing a "T-Patch" ensignia on his arm. This ids the Txas Infantry Division that my father was in. They didn't land in Italy at Salerno until September'43. Jimmy D is shown reading a paper about the Way in Sicily (before the July 4th fireworks). The Texas Infantry went straight from North Africa to Salerno. This is just a personal note on a very good movie. Phil Smith- Mechanicsville, VA"
Inspiring
"Inspiring and Wonderful movie if you like baseball"
