The film is a glittering triumph of personal expression at its most elegant and opulent.

Fascinating story and man
"This movie, in its epic length, scenery and scope, is apporopriate for dealing with a character as large and complex as was T. E. Lawrence, here called Lawrence of ARabia. The man who was a catalyst in the Arab revolt, who viewed himself as almost Arab, is a fascinating and intriguing man. Behind the facade of a bloodthirsty warlord is the truth of a passionate and dedicated man. This movie, and O'Toole do wonderfully at portraying Lawrence's character. The movie is also notable for good acting across the board and amazing scenery, which stands out almost as much as the fabulous story. One of my favorite movies."
