THE COUNTERFEITERS A story about Salomon Sorowitsch an artist who is arrested by Herzog, a police inspector at the onset of World War II and sent to the Mauthausen concentration camp. When Salomon arrives in Sachsenhausen, he discovers that Herzog, now a commandant, is attempting to destabilize the economies of the Allies while simultaneously fund the Nazi war machine by assembling a special team of counterfeit artists to create millions in fraudulent pounds and dollars.
